This "exclusively" designed tray has been "designed & developed" in Australia after months of intense work to ensure the correct fitment. As most in the Ranger community will know, the market is flooded with a "cheap" solution which simply doesn't work and will cost you money. How do I know, because this is where I started....
The issues with the current design are centred on the wing's paper-thin design. This leads to the tray becoming "short" in size with a bit of weight - meaning it will consistently fall in. A nightmare! In addition, the half size current design means every time you hit the brakes, it flies forward with a thump! Will drive you nuts, promise!
Upon searching for a better solution, there was nothing around. So, I decided to invest and develop a better solution. It has been developed around function and form. 3 large compartments to suit all your needs. The back section to house glasses, pens or coins with the front sections for wallets, keys or mints.
I’ve invested in increasing the thickness in ABS plastic vs the current market offering, additional braces in the undercarriage unifying the tray to add strength (see images of base), high quality rubber mats included to stop things moving around and a dedicate cut out to access cables connected to the 12v input.
It’s the closest thing to OEM you will get for your Ford Ranger / Everest.
